EY Freshers Recruitment - Job Description (what you will do?):
- Execute SOX compliance activities such as risk assessments, control testing, and remediation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify control gaps and implement remediation plans
- Review Access Management to ensure appropriate access levels and permissions
- Identify and review IT General Controls (ITGCs) and IT Application Controls (ITACs)
- Prepare and communicate audit findings, recommendations, and reports to stakeholders
- Perform IT process reviews through stakeholder discussions, data validation, and document analysis
- Evaluate Segregation of Duties (SOD) to prevent risks and conflicts
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies
- Prepare and evaluate Service Organization Control Reports (SOCR)
- Review Change Management processes to ensure proper testing and approvals
