- Educational qualification for this job is BE/ BTech (CS / IS / IT / ECE related branches)

- Candidates should have good academic track record

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming

- Understanding of SQL, RDBMS, data modelling and MySQL or Oracle

- Experience programming with languages such as Java, PHP

- Good knowledge of Linux

- Good knowledge of Python development and Django framework is a great plus

- Good knowledge of JavaScript , HTML, DHTML, CSS, AJAX and JSON

- Good knowledge of frameworks such as jQuery, Dojo, YUI is a great plus

- Good knowledge of WebServices, XML, REST interfaces is a great plus

- Good knowledge of SaaS or eCommerce applications is a great plus

- Good knowledge of cloud platforms such as Amazon EC2 and S3 is a great plus

- Must have excellent communication (verbal & written), interpersonal and problem-solving skills

- Must be able to work independently and enjoy working at a fast-paced start-up environment
