Deloitte - Job Description (what you will do?):
- Participate in cloud deployment activities and attend team discussions to understand project requirements
- Report issues or unusual findings to the appropriate team members promptly
- Support user access requests such as creating, modifying, or deleting permissions
- Maintain and update documentation such as runbooks, FAQs, and installation guides
- Assist with routine setup, configuration, and monitoring of Azure/AWS resources
- Learn and practice basics of DevOps—including sample CI/CD pipelines and version control
- Work collaboratively within Deloitte’s internal services team
- Participate in regular training sessions and mentorship programs
- Follow guided workflows for troubleshooting basic cloud issues (e.g., VM startup failures, resource quota limits)
- Shadow senior team members to understand incident handling and technical processes
- Perform daily health checks of cloud services using dashboards, alerts, or simple scripts
- Observe automation jobs to understand end-to-end deployment processes
- Engage in team-based learning and continuous knowledge improvement
