- Educational qualification for this job is BTech, MCA, BSC Comp
- Have excellent communication skills with good oral and written
communication capabilities
- Must have Analytical/problem solving ability
- Trouble-shooting skills, strong initiative, critical thinking skills,
detail oriented
- Passion and the ability to learn new things
- Creative thinking
- Be able to combine timely and tactful influence to accomplish
difficult tasks
- It is necessary to have strong Verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of R/Python would be highly beneficial: Basic understanding

- Familiar with visual design and best practices of UI/UX, reports and
dashboards and scorecards
- Sound understanding of excel basic and advanced functions (VLOOKUP,
HLOOKUP etc.)
- Understanding of agile software development practices and release of
software products
- Knowledge in statistics and machine learning would be highly
beneficial: The candidate should have a strong developed mentality with
a focus on measuring and metrics
- Knowledge of Quality processes & Dashboard Testing processes
- Time management and organization skills
