Deloitte Recruitment - Required Skills/ Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline (preferred)
- Non-Engineering Graduate: BSc-IT, BCA
- Hands-on or basic exposure to monitoring tools such as: Dynatrace, Grafana, Azure Monitor, Nagios, SolarWinds, Datadog
- Familiarity with ITSM tools: ServiceNow, JIRA (preferred)
- Understanding of alert configuration, dashboards, and real-time monitoring
- Basic knowledge of Incident Management and bridge call participation
- Exposure to scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash) – preferred
- Process-oriented mindset with experience following or documenting SOPs
- Good communication skills with technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to generate reports, metrics, and operational insights
- ITIL Foundation certification – preferred
- Familiarity with cloud/on-prem/hybrid environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) – preferred

Deloitte Freshers Recruitment - Job Description (what you will do?):

- Perform 24/7 application and infrastructure monitoring using tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, Azure Monitor, SolarWinds, Datadog, and Nagios
- Detect anomalies, generate alerts, and establish monitoring baselines for business-critical systems
- Act as Incident Coordinator during major incidents, including initiating bridge calls and managing escalations
- Triage, analyze, and route auto-generated tickets in accordance with defined SOPs
- Ensure timely acknowledgment, response, and resolution of incidents to meet SLAs
- Collaborate with L1/L2 resolver teams, DevOps, Operations, and third-party vendors for issue resolution
- Document incident progress, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and participate in post-incident reviews (PIRs)
- Maintain and update knowledge base articles, SOPs, and known error databases
- Identify recurring issues and recommend automation or “shift-left” opportunities to improve efficiency
- Support alert configuration, suppression, dashboard creation, and real-time monitoring enhancements
- Track and report operational KPIs such as MTTD, MTTR, ticket volumes, and incident trends
- Generate and share regular status reports in line with project and reporting standards
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, SLAs, and service coverage requirements
- Participate in training sessions and continuously enhance domain and technical knowledge
- Provide 24x7x365 support through rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
