- Administration of other Learning Support Services processes as required
- Ensure compliance with appropriate Data Protection legislation at all times
- Provide delegate list
- Adding classes to the Deloitte Learning Management System
- Working within Service Level and Operational Level Agreements
- Closing classes and processing of post course evaluations and feedback
- Processing of all scheduled reports
- Distribution of electronic training materials and pre-work
- Ensure all system related activities or updates are completed accurately within time deadlines and in line with procedural guidelines
