Infinite Computer Solutions Freshers Recruitment - Job Description (what
you will do?):
- Follow Standards, Policies, and Processes (SoPs and MoPs) for the NOC operations
- Perform first-level troubleshooting using tools and utilities to resolve network-related issues
- Provide timely, accurate, and effective communication on service-impacting events; work with vendors on issue resolution and communications
- Ready to work in a 24×7 work environment and manage NOC operations and incidents
- Create, assign, and update incidents using ticketing tools
- Severity 1 to 4 incident triage, support, management, restoration, and recommendations
- Monitor network performance and validate alerts using monitoring tools
- Coordinate with Network Engineers and escalate to L2 teams for incident resolution
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
- Responsible for effectively monitoring all services to ensure compliance with Tier models and SLAs
- Follow up with support teams on open incidents
- Triage technical and non-technical escalations
- Contact and follow up with power companies for energy outages
- Ensured efficient resolution of incidents through people, process, and technology
- Demonstrated ability to work with operational concerns and teams

- The requirement will be full time
- Shift: Must be willing to work in shifts for 24/7 operating hours
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Service Agreement: 2-year bond (2 Lakh penalty if broken)
- Probation Period: 3 Months
