- Follow existing coding standards, design patterns, and Git workflows

- Write unit tests for assigned modules

- Use AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) for day-to-day coding, boilerplate generation, test writing, and debugging — under review

- Build REST APIs and backend logic using Java/Spring Boot under supervision

- Attend stand-ups, sprint planning, and actively ask for help when blocked

- Participate in code reviews (primarily as a reviewee)

- Develop and maintain UI components using Angular (TypeScript, HTML, CSS)

- Fix bugs and implement minor enhancements as assigned
